Summer Run Club - at home
K-5th grade youth stay active by following new videos every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Videos incorporate running, strength training, flexibility, and recovery to encourage an all-around healthy athlete!
Running is a great way to exercise while maintaining physical distancing. Some activities can be done inside, some will be outside. No login required. Students will track progress thru the program and learn to push their bodies, enjoying the accomplishment that comes with working towards a goal!
