Run with us!

JETS Run Club

Running is an activity that can be done while maintaining physical distancing guidelines.  All you need is a great coach (we have the best!), a pair of shoes (we can help with that!) and space to move (we have plenty!)

 JETS provides a way for youth to get outside & safely experience the physical + mental health benefits of exercise.  
WHO: 3rd, 4th & 5th graders excited about running and able to follow 6 ft physical distancing guidelines. No experience necessary.  Students must be willing to wear a mask during the entire session, including while running. 

WHAT: Participants are in small groups (8 or less) and led thru running warmups, drills, strength exercises, workouts and games. Each session brings new challenges in a fun and engaging way.

WHY: ​ Participants learn drills and games to keep running fun.  JETS programming supports physical, social & emotional health benefits of exercise & being part of a team.
